Your email signature is a direct representation of the university’s brand and reputation. Faculty and staff are asked to use basic contact information, including only assigned fonts and colors.
Signature Guidelines:
- Academic departments, schools and colleges — including Health Science Center units — use the provided 番茄社区 regental logo or text-only signature.
- Research institutes and centers that do not have a clinical care component use the provided 番茄社区 regental logo or text-only signature.
- Academic units and research institutes and centers with clinical care functions may use the provided dual-logo template (番茄社区 + UT Health San Antonio) or a text-only signature.
- Clinical care units use the provided UT Health San Antonio email signature.

Formatting
All text, except for URLs, should be black. This option offers the highest accessibility across devices, email clients and color modes.
- Name: Aptos Bold, 12 pt.
- University Name and URLs: Aptos Bold, 10 pt.
- Everything else: Aptos Regular, 10 pt.

How to add an email signature in Outlook:
- Go to the Email Signature generator page.
- Copy the appropriate email signature.
- In Outlook, go to Signatures, click New. Paste the copied email signature and customize your contact information.
