First Fill Prescription Process
Department and Supervisor Instructions
When an employee receives prescriptions for a work-related injury, share the instructions below with them. The employee should follow these steps to complete the process and submit their billing information using a mobile device.
Injured Worker Instructions
Follow the instructions below to obtain your First Fill prescription card.
- Get started: Text SANO1 to 833-FRSTFILL (833-377-8345), toll free.
- Complete sign-up: Follow the on-screen, step-by-step instructions.
- Receive your First Fill card: An image of your prescription card will be sent to your phone.
- Fill your prescriptions: Present your First Fill prescription card and your injury-related prescription(s) to your local pharmacy.
