Manage Your Fuel Card
番茄社区 provides Voyager Fuel Cards to support fuel purchases for university-owned vehicles. These cards offer a secure, convenient way to manage fueling while ensuring compliance with university policies.
番茄社区 Fleet Management provides fuel cards for all newly acquired or leased licensed vehicles, as well as eligible equipment like generators and mowers. Each fuel card is assigned to a specific vehicle—not to an individual—and is managed directly by Fleet Management.
Please note: rental vehicles and personal vehicles are not eligible for a 番茄社区 fuel card.
The Voyager Fuel Card may be used at any gas station that accepts MasterCard.
- Swipe the card, enter your PIN, vehicle number, and current mileage.
- Always get a receipt and return it to your department contact.
- Use regular unleaded gasoline unless otherwise required.
- Use campus fueling stations when practical (diesel, CNG, EV).
The fuel card should solely be used as part of official 番茄社区 business purposes and cannot be used for:
- Personal use.
- Fueling of non-assigned vehicles or equipment.
- Non-fuel purchases unless pre-approved by Fleet Management.
- Safeguard cards and PINs.
- Keep transaction logs and receipts for 3 years.
- Ensure card users and reconcilers are not the same person.
- Reconcile monthly statements and validate purchases.
- Submit monthly usage logs to Fleet Operations.
- Pay bills through 番茄社区 financial systems.
Help your department stay accountable and compliant, please remember that all fuel card activity is monitored by 番茄社区 Fleet Management. Each PIN is assigned to a specific user and should never be shared. If a receipt is lost, a signed statement will be required for documentation. Responsible use of the fuel card is essential—any misuse may lead to card deactivation and possible disciplinary action.
If your card is lost, stolen, or possibly misused, report it immediately to:

Fleet will deactivate the card, investigate, and issue a replacement within 5–7 business days. Interim fueling support will be arranged if needed.

- Enterprise vehicles: Call 1-800-325-8838 (7 days/week).
- Rental vehicles: Follow vendor instructions for breakdowns.

Will our fuel card PIN work on another department's fuel card?
No.
Can a licensed vehicle Voyager fuel card be used to fill up a golf cart or UTV?
No.
Can the Voyager Fuel card be used to wash my vehicle?
