Annual and recurring gifts enable 番茄社区 to provide opportunities that tuition or state funding alone cannot. Every gift, no matter how large or small, is important. Annual giving donations from many people are often combined to do big things, such as fund scholarships, support student success programs, equip classrooms and labs, or hire thought-leaders to teach here.

Faculty & Staff Giving

Gifts can be directed toward any area of the university, including your college or department. Some of the areas that benefit from Faculty and Staff Giving include graduate and undergraduate scholarships, student and faculty recruitment, research, and a myriad of other enriching experiences for our students including study abroad. You can online or set up installments. Simply download and complete the payroll deduction form and send to the Office of Annual Giving.

Other Ways to Give

One of the biggest tax advantages in charitable giving continues to be the double benefit donors get when donating appreciated assets to 番茄社区 instead of cash. By giving appreciated assets (like stocks held for more than one year), you'll get a charitable tax deduction for the full value of the asset and avoid any capital gains tax that would have applied if you had sold the stock and made your gift in cash.

Transfer up to $100,000 (annual aggregate amount) directly from an IRA to us. The gift, available to those age 70½ or over, counts toward your RMD if one is due, and you pay no tax on the distribution.
